Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, subject and message. No advertising tracking takes place on this website.
Audience measurement (only with your consent). If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic: pages viewed, visit duration, referral source (search engine, link…), device and browser type, approximate country or region. This data is aggregated and used solely to improve the website. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by ticking the dedicated box on the form.
Audience-measurement data is used to understand how the website is used in order to improve it. Its legal basis is your consent, collected via the cookie banner and revocable at any time.
Retention period
Messages sent via the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived for a maximum of 12 months before deletion. Audience-measurement data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics, then deleted automatically.
Recipients
Contact-form data is never shared with any third party. It is only accessible to the Antaria Systems association (RNA W111010088 — SIRET 130 674 724 00013, registered office: 3 chemin de la Malepère, 11290 Lavalette, France), the data controller, represented by its President, Timéo KERJEAN.
If you accept statistics cookies, audience-measurement data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as a processor. It may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies
This website does not use any advertising cookies. It sets:
- Technical cookies, strictly necessary for the website to work (chosen language, shop basket, security, and the
tarteaucitroncookie that remembers your choices for 6 months). These do not require consent. - Audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics:
_gaand_ga_*), only if you accept them. Their lifetime is limited to 6 months.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse these cookies, one as easily as the other. Refusing has no effect on your browsing. You can change your choice at any time: manage my cookie choices, or via the icon at the bottom left of every page.
Data hosting
Data handled by this website is hosted on a server administered by Antaria Systems, rented from Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) and located in its Nuremberg data centre — hosted in Germany, within the European Union.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object to and restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact: [email protected].
